Tides, seasons, and weather shape what is available, making coastal foraging a practice rooted in timing and observation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foray\u2019s shoreline foraging focuses primarily on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edible and useful seaweeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intertidal plants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding tides and coastal ecology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safe and sustainable harvesting practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We teach how to identify common species, understand their role in marine ecosystems, and prepare them for food, drying, or storage.
