Lifelong forager, educator, and host. James leads the majority of Foray workshops, with a particular focus on fungi, seasonal food, and ethical harvesting.

Mycologist & Specialist Guide
Will Del Tufo is a highly knowledgeable mycologist with a deep academic and practical understanding of fungi. His work brings scientific rigour, clarity, and depth to Foray’s fungi-focused courses, supporting accurate identification and responsible learning.
